Service information

VascAssist is a robust product. Situations where service is needed, i.e. with defects and replacement, are not to be expected often.

Please remember that after a repair a legal metrological control and/or technical safety control could be necessary (please refer to the laws for medical equipment that are valid in your country).

If problems nevertheless arise please first make contact with us.

As a rule you should send us defective equipment after cleaning and disinfection securely packaged and with carriage paid by you. We will first check what the defect or error is. If a repair is not economically feasible, we will inform you and will discuss with you how to proceed further.

After successful repair you will receive your VascAssist  back by post in working order and without delay.
